"Have I not commanded you?  Be strong and courageous.  Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9

The City-Cowley County Health Department has asked our help to protect our community by providing access to accurate information regarding COVID-19.  You can read up-to-date information from Cowley County's Public Health Officer at http://www.cowleycounty.org/health or facebook.com/cowleycountyhealth.

Beginning May 10th we will resume IN-PERSON Sunday Worship Services at 10:45 AM with specific safety measures in place.  We also plan to continue using online methods of gathering to worship and glorify our Lord.  Click here to see the latest updates.

On Monday, September 9th from 5-7 p.m. we will gather in Fellowship Hall at the church to fold, wrap, and decorate shoeboxes.  We will bring leftover Christmas wrapping paper, glue, brushes, crayons, and markers.  Please bring wrapping paper if you have any.  We need helping hands.  There are 400 boxes to fold and 100 boxes to wrap!

For the remaining months, please continue to bring toys, clothing, shoes, hygiene items, school supplies, and any other items your heart leads you to bring!

We are still in need of about $3,000.00 for shipping costs.

We will let you know at a later date when the SHOEBOX PACKING PARTY will be in November.  Central Baptist Church is going to be a drop-off location for area churches this year!

Thank you for being a part of THE GREAT COMMISSION.  Mark 16:15
